And how lucky I am to be a part of it! Many studies have been coming out recently, proving my diet to be a diet that works and that puts IBD patients into remission quite quickly. I would probably trade a lot of things for not having Crohn’s sometimes, but I have to say that I’m glad I’m living in a time when things are starting to change for people with IBD. Plus, I’m happy that there are now other solutions (that have been proven to work) for treating a chronic disease besides mean medicines that often don’t actually help.
